NordicTrack T 6.5 Series Treadmill Review

Hi everyone,

Today I want to review a new treadmill I purchased about a month ago… The NordicTrack T 6.5 Series!

I always wanted to get a home treadmill for several reasons:

  1. Convienence of being able to workout whenever I want
  2. Not having to deal with the crowd at the gym and fighting over getting a treadmill
  3. Easy accessibility. I would often find myself making excuses on not wanting to go to the gym. But now I can workout at home while watching TV. Best of both worlds

So you are probably wondering… What makes the NordicTrack T 6.5 Series so great. Well let me tell you…. My body hates me and gets injured easily. Whether its my knees hurting, shins splinting, or back aching I always am in pain after working out for a few days. What I realized after buying this treadmill is that it’s not nearly as high impact as the treadmill I used at the gym. After a month of use the NordicTrack T 6.5 treadmill has not given me an ounce of pain.

There are a few other reasons I highly recommend this product:

  1. Decent price – this particular model runs about 600 bucks on Amazon right now (see link below if interested) . The average price for a decent treadmill that I’ve seen is near $1000 and I would consider this treadmill more than decent.
  2. Very well made – extremely sturdy. I am a big person (well over 200lbs) and this treadmill doesn’t wobble at all when I’m running .
  3. Great for any type of workout – whether you want to incline walk, go for a brisk jog, or full out sprint this treadmill is for you. I believe the incline goes up to 10 percent and the top speed is 10mph which typically satisfies 95 percent of the population.
  4. Foldable! Don’t need to take up a bunch of space!
  5. Nordic is a brand you can trust. Nordic has been making treadmills for years.

So with all that being said I would highly recommend the NordicTrack T 6.5 Series treadmill. Whether you want to lose weight by using the treadmill, or if you just want to maintain your tip top shape.. This treadmill is for you! Yoga Burn Challenge Review

Hi everyone!

Today I want to speak about the Yoga Burn Challenge which seems to be one of the hottest fat loss programs on the market. Has anyone tried this program? If so please let a comment below.

I just started using this program about 2 weeks ago so I am still trying to figure out if it’s working or not. Like any fat loss program… You need to be in a caloric deficit in order to lose fat, but what i do really like about Yoga Burn is that it’s low impact so I avoid injury.
