So you are probably wondering… What makes the NordicTrack T 6.5 Series so great. Well let me tell you…. My body hates me and gets injured easily. Whether its my knees hurting, shins splinting, or back aching I always am in pain after working out for a few days. What I realized after buying this treadmill is that it’s not nearly as high impact as the treadmill I used at the gym. After a month of use the NordicTrack T 6.5 treadmill has not given me an ounce of pain.
There are a few other reasons I highly recommend this product:
Decent price – this particular model runs about 600 bucks on Amazon right now (see link below if interested) . The average price for a decent treadmill that I’ve seen is near $1000 and I would consider this treadmill more than decent.
Very well made – extremely sturdy. I am a big person (well over 200lbs) and this treadmill doesn’t wobble at all when I’m running .
Great for any type of workout – whether you want to incline walk, go for a brisk jog, or full out sprint this treadmill is for you. I believe the incline goes up to 10 percent and the top speed is 10mph which typically satisfies 95 percent of the population.
Foldable! Don’t need to take up a bunch of space!

I just started using this program about 2 weeks ago so I am still trying to figure out if it’s working or not.
