Have you ever started a fitness program and everything was going great and then you suddenly injured yourself? If you answered yes then you are not alone.
There are many reasons why people injure themselves while working out but I think the most common injury is the type of workout they do.
I used to be an avid runner… Running 2 to 3 miles a day and competing in 5Ks. But eventually my body took a toll and my knees were worn out, my shins started to hurt, and my back started to ache. As much as I love running… I needed to find a comparable workout that wouldn’t derail my progress.
