Today I want to speak about the Yoga Burn Challenge which seems to be one of the hottest fat loss programs on the market. Has anyone tried this program? If so please let a comment below.
I just started using this program about 2 weeks ago so I am still trying to figure out if it’s working or not. Like any fat loss program… You need to be in a caloric deficit in order to lose fat, but what i do really like about Yoga Burn is that it’s low impact so I avoid injury. I used to spend hours at the gym on the treadmill but I would frequently get shin splints, plantar fasciitis, or other injuries that would hinder my fat loss journey. With yoga I am able to sustain a consistent program.
Yoga Burn is a three step program:
- Foundational Phase – learn the building blocks of yoga. I am still in this phase.
- Transistional Phase – learn more advanced yoga moves
- Mastery Phase – become a master in yoga and teach your friends!
After two weeks of consitently doing YogaBurn I am down 5lbs which is phenomenal for me. Even better is that I feel great physically and mentally!
